The OnePlus 5 flaunts a 5.5-inch IPS LCD screen with a full HD resolution of 1,080 x 1,920 pixels that results from a density of 401 pixels per inch. The capacitive touch screen is highly respondent to multi touch.
The smartphone is fed with all its power from an octa-core (2.45GHz quad-core Kryo + 1.9 GHz quad-core Kryo) processor. Moreover, the latest chipset of Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 MSM8998 and a massive 6GB RAM makes high end gaming and faster multitasking a pleasant experience. The graphics is taken care of by a GPU of Adreno 540.
Camera and Storage
The OnePlus 5 houses a 23MP primary camera. The quality of the 5,520 x 4,140 pixels resolution images can be further enhanced with the help of autofocus, optical image stabilization, dual colour LED flash, ISO control, High Dynamic Range mode, exposure compensation, etc. The primary camera can even record high quality videos of 3,840 x 2,160 at 30 frames per second. The 16MP front camera proves to be more than enough for best quality selfies and video calling.
The smartphone comes with an inbuilt storage of 128GB which cannot be expanded any further with the help of a microSD card.
Battery and Connectivity
The OnePlus 5 draws all its energy from a 4,000mAh li-polymer type battery that claims to render a long period of battery backup and also charges itself up quickly, as it is enabled with the dash charge feature.
