HTC U Ultra with dual displays and Snapdragon 821

HTC unveiled its U Ultra flagship in January this year. Now the company is all set to launch the phone in India. The brand has sent out press invites for an event on February 21st, where it is launching the U Ultra.




For the uninitiated, the HTC U Ultra is the Taiwanese vendor’s first smartphone to boast a secondary ticker display. The phone features an aluminium frame and glass on both the front and back. It gets HTC’s Sense Companion, which is powered by artificial intelligence to learn a user’s daily activity and adapt accordingly.

As for the other specs, the HTC U Ultra features a 5.7-inch quad-HD main display and a 2-inch ticker display on top. It offers a 2.15GHz Snapdragon 821 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 64GB and 128GB storage variants, a 12MP UltraPixel 2 rear camera, a 16MP selfie shooter, a 3,000mAh battery, Android Nougat and a USB Type-C port.
